Through Catapult Group, Siniat EasyBoard and EasyLite Coastal Plaster were installed in selected units, ensuring a superior finish and long-term reliability.

The result is historic: Newinbosch has become Africa’s first 6-Star Green Star Sustainable Precinct, recently crowned World’s Best Sustainable Development at the International Property Awards.
